About this gaming cafe

177 words · editorial

Invictus Game Station runs on the second floor at 558 Yonge Street in downtown Toronto. Its site puts the room at 6,000 square feet with 66 high-end PCs and a 5v5 tournament stage — the largest published floor in the metro — alongside private rooms with PS5s, a Switch 2, retro consoles and high-end TVs. Mahjong tables, board games and a bar share the same space.

Rates are posted as images rather than text, so no figure goes in the field here. Reviews describe about C$7 an hour on the standard machines and in the esports section, a day pass at C$55, and a membership that starts with C$20 loaded as game time rather than charged as a fee. One review reports C$15 an hour, so the tiers differ by more than a little.

Doors open at 12:00 and close at 01:00, at 02:00 on Friday and Saturday. It is the most-reviewed venue in Toronto, at 434 Google reviews.

Across 77 reviews with text, hardware leads at 32 mentions and staff at 26. Price is raised 15 times, cleanliness and food 11 each. Three reviews describe machines that did not work.
