Airport gaming lounges: Gameway and more
13 gaming lounges inside 10 airports, every one of them past security. One more is under construction. Each card carries the terminal, the nearest gate, the PC count and the opening hours — the four things that decide whether you can play and still make the gate.
Fourteen gaming lounges on this site sit inside airports, and every one of them is past security: you need a boarding pass for that terminal to reach the door.
Twelve belong to Gameway and are spread across eight US airports. Portal Lounge at Minneapolis–Saint Paul comes from the same founders but works as a full lounge, with food and drinks included in the entry. Game Space, in Terminal 3 at Dubai International, is the only one open around the clock.
An airport lounge is a different decision from a gaming cafe in town. Nobody travels to one — the question is whether it sits in your terminal, how far it is from your gate, and whether it opens early or closes late enough for your flight. Those four things head every card below: terminal, nearest gate, PC count and opening hours.
Four airports have two lounges each — Dallas/Fort Worth, Los Angeles, JFK and Detroit — and they are not interchangeable: at DFW one room has eight PCs and the other only consoles, and at LAX the terminals open and close an hour apart. Those four have their own pages. The rest have a single lounge, and their card here is the whole story.
