GamingCafeMap is a directory. You can read all of it without an account, and we do not ask you to sign in to browse. This page says what happens to data when you use the site.
What we collect
If you write to us or send a form, we keep your message, your email address and the IP address it came from, so that we can answer you and block repeat abuse. Like every website, our server records ordinary request data: the page asked for, the time, the IP address, the browser’s user-agent and the referring page.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies. Your choice of light or dark theme is stored by your own browser and is never sent to us. Visits are counted with Ahrefs Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not build a profile of you or identify individual readers.
Why we keep it, and for how long
We use your message and contact details to answer you and to check a correction, and server records to keep the site available and secure. We keep all of it only as long as it is needed for those purposes. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Who else sees it
Our hosting provider and our email provider process this data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to advertisers.
Information about venues
Most of this site is information about businesses, not about people: names, addresses, opening hours, prices and counts of PCs. Where a business listing includes a person — a public phone number, or a public email address on the venue’s own site — you can ask us to remove that detail and list the business without it. We do not publish the text of Google reviews and we do not publish reviewers’ names.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer. The site is a directory of public venues and is not aimed at children; if a child has sent us something, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date below.
