Contact

Write to [email protected]. It is the only address we use: corrections, claims and press questions all arrive in the same mailbox. The more of the detail below you include, the faster the answer.

Correcting a listing

Anyone can report an error, and you do not need to run the venue to do it. Send the venue page link, the field that is wrong, and what it should say. If you have a link or a photo that shows the correct figure, send that too: PC counts, addresses and opening hours are only changed against something we can look at.

Claiming a venue you run

If you run the venue, you can take over its listing and keep it correct yourself. Send the venue page link, your name and role, and a contact that connects you to the business — an email address on the venue’s domain, the phone number already in the listing, or the venue’s own social account. Claiming is free, it does not change where the venue appears in any list, and it does not change the PC count, the rating or the review topics. What an owner can and cannot edit is set out in the terms.

Adding a venue that is missing

Send the name, the full address, a website or social page, and the number of PCs if you know it. You can also use the submission form. We list a venue when gaming stations are the main reason to go and the public can walk in, which rules out slot-machine venues, arcades built around cabinets, and campus-only esports rooms. The rest of the rules are on the methodology page.

Press and data

For questions about how the data was collected, or about figures for an article, use the same address and say what you need.
