About this gaming lounge
129 words · editorialPortal Lounge is an airport lounge built around gaming, opened on 28 May 2026 by Jordan and Emma Walbridge, the founders of Gameway. It sits in MSP Terminal 1 where Concourses C and D meet, near the start of the tram, and takes passengers flying any airline.
About 600 of its 3,800 square feet go to gaming: 17 stations with a mix of Nintendo Switch, Xbox, PlayStation and custom-built gaming PCs. How many of the 17 are PCs is not published. The rest works as a regular lounge, with a buffet and a bar run by a robot bartender, and entry covers food, drinks and gaming.
Walk-in entry costs about $70 when seats are free. Priority Pass is accepted, as are lounge programs on some Chase, American Express and Capital One cards. Doors run 04:00 to 21:00 every day.
