About this internet cafe

155 words · editorial

17 Gaming occupies a unit on No. 3 Road in Richmond, on the same stretch as Net8 Esports Arena. Neither the venue nor Google lists opening hours, and there is no website. What the room holds comes from its reviews: one describes 130 machines with 144Hz monitors, which is the largest PC floor in the metro among the venues here that state a number. It is also the most-reviewed venue in Vancouver, at 235 Google reviews.

No rate is published. Reviews put the hourly charge at about C$4.70, mention a happy-hour price and say there is no membership sign-up fee. A mahjong table is charged separately by the hour.

Across 66 reviews with text, hardware is raised 19 times and staff 15. Price appears 10 times, most often as the reason for choosing this room over others in Richmond. Four reviews describe machines that were slow or not working, four raise cleanliness, and two report the cafe opening later than its posted time.
