About this esports arena

169 words · editorial

Net8 Esports Arena is on No. 3 Road in Richmond. It publishes no PC count and no rate. Reviews describe Alienware machines on RTX 3060 Ti cards, with 2K monitors at 144Hz in the main room and 244Hz in the VIP zones, which cost extra on top of the base seat.

Payment runs on loaded credit rather than an hourly till: reviews describe topping up C$20 for C$25 of balance, and hour packages sold in blocks. One review reports a further C$11 each to move into the private area. Ramen and snacks are served at the machines.

The arena opens at 13:00 on weekdays and 12:00 at weekends, closing at 01:00 and at 02:00 on Friday and Saturday — one of four venues in the metro open past midnight.

Across 77 reviews with text, hardware is the most common subject at 30 mentions and staff at 28. Cleanliness is raised 19 times and price 16, split between reviews that call the packages cheap and those that call the room expensive. Five reviews describe machines that were slow or would not start.
