CO-OP Gaming Arena

CO-OP Gaming Arena is operated by the University of Central Oklahoma on University Drive in Edmond, 21 km north of central Oklahoma City, and is the home venue of the UCO Esports program. Its rate card is printed in two columns, general and UCO campus community, which is how the arena states that outsiders may play.

The floor holds 48 custom-built PCs on RTX 2080 cards with Ryzen 5 3600 processors and 144Hz monitors, across more than 4,000 square feet. Two virtual reality booths run Valve Index headsets, and there are Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles plus a tabletop library on oversized tables.

For anyone not at UCO, play is $7 an hour against $5 for the campus community, $50 for ten hours and $175 for fifty. Day passes are $30 and week passes $99. Waivers are signed on arrival, with separate forms for players 13 and over and for those 17 and under.

Google lists doors at 17:00 to 22:00 on weekdays and 10:00 to 23:00 at the weekend; the arena's own page gives longer building hours and a shorter open-play window, so the weekend is the safer visit.
