About this gaming cafe

113 words · editorial

TAP Esports Center occupies the basement at 924 Cherry Street in Philadelphia's Chinatown. The floor holds at least 50 PCs — the largest count among the three Philadelphia venues on our list that publish one. The number was counted from photos and may be higher: the venue appears to use more than one room.

Doors open at noon, with some nights running to 02:00 — one of three venues in Philadelphia on our list open past midnight; Mondays off. With 289 Google reviews at 4.7, it is also the most-reviewed venue in the city on our list.

The 73 detailed reviews lead with tournaments (16 mentions), then the staff (14), cleanliness (12) and food and drinks (11); two mention the private rooms, two the machines.
