109 words · editorial

New Meta Gaming Arena sits in Islington Square on Upper Street, in a converted arcade north of the City. The room mixes gaming PCs with next-gen consoles and racing seats, and takes bookings for private rooms and tournaments.

Neither a PC count nor an hourly rate is published. Across the 88 reviews read for this page, one puts the machines at 144Hz; nobody counts the seats.

Doors run from noon to midnight on most days, one of four London venues on this list that run that late. The rating is 4.6 from 374 Google reviews. The operator also lists a second arena in Milton Keynes, which is not on our list yet.
