About this gaming cafe

105 words · editorial

BHOP Esports occupies unit 506 inside Hawthorn Mall in Vernon Hills, in the Chicago metro. The room holds at least 25 PCs on RTX 5060 Ti cards with 240Hz monitors — the second-largest published floor in the metro — but the spread is the real story: racing simulators, retro machines, rhythm games, consoles, food, coaching and tournaments under one roof.

Doors open at 15:00, with some nights running past midnight — one of three venues in the Chicago metro on our list that do.

Across 97 Google reviews at 4.7, the 70 detailed ones mention the staff most (11), then the atmosphere (9), pricing (6), group visits (5) and the food (5); four reviews specifically bring up the late hours.
